Thisnon-alcoholic sparkling Shiraz is similar to a traditional Dry Lambrusco boasting flavours of blackberry and dark unsweetened chocolate, a dry profile, and deep blackcurrant and subtle oak notes that are all brought to life with fine, lively bubbles. It is also vegan-friendly and contains just2.5g of sugar per 100mls.

Bleasdale Sparkling Shiraz Non-Vintage

We select fruit from sandy and stony vineyards in Langhorne Creek, ferment in open vats before maturation in seasoned oak barrels and tank to retain the aromatic lift from these soil types. A small proportion of wine from clay/ loam vineyards fills out the palate and gives the wine length of flavour. Using a secret liqueuring recipe this richly flavoured, deep coloured sparkling Shiraz displays dark berry fruit aromas, sweet plum flavours, silky tannins and a rich, velvety smooth palate.
