This Sauvignon Blanc is a true regional expression with vibrant grapefruit, gooseberry and herbs. Rich and complex with bright acidity for a lingering finish. The Camshorn Sauvignon Blanc has pink grapefruit and gooseberry aromas with herbal undertones. On the palate it shows rich, vibrant and fresh flavours. Grapes were harvested in early April 2019 at the optimum ripeness. The juice was fermented at cool temperatures to retain the elegant, fresh flavours. No oak was used in the winemaking process to ensure the vibrant regional characters were captured.

1838 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc

2018 1838 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc. Vibrant straw to lime green in colour. Lifted aromas of gooseberry, pineapple, lemon and lime with freshly cut grass notes. The palate displays tropical notes with an allure of passion fruit, lime, melon and a touch of lemon with crisp natural fruit acidity.
