Michters is Americas first distilling company, dating back to 1753 when they started out making rye whiskey. They take a Cost Be Damned approach to the production of every barrel, using various methods including air drying their barrels for 36 months, toasting the barrels before charring them, using a low barrel-entry strength, heat cycling to encourage ageing during the winter. This Rye is a brilliant whiskey with fresh spice notes and a lingering soft finish.

Jack Daniels Bonded is Jacks time-honored recipe of 80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye, but distilled to the standards of the Bottled-In-Bond act (1897), meaning this whiskey is from one distilling season, at 100 proof (50% ALC/VOL), and is matured for a minimum of 4 years at our federally bonded warehouses. Barrels were hand selected for their unique and particular characteristics of deeper colour, flavor, and aroma, which bring a darker, richer, and more oak-forward character to Jack Daniels Bonded. It is a big, bold Tennessee Whiskey with layered notes of caramel, rich oak, and spice giving way to a pleasantly lingering finish.

Utilizing a barrel finishing process from the 18th century, Bluecoat Barrel Finished Gin is produced by ageing Bluecoat American Dry Gin for a minimum of three months, providing a unique, well rounded and complex spirit. Tasting Notes: The barrel finishing process enhances the rounder, softer notes and introduces hints of caramel and whiskey without sacrificing juniper or pepper notes. The distillery has a unique Spanish Mission-style architecture rarely seen in Kentucky and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The company attributes their product's quality to several factors: A unique Limestone water source, the spring-fed Salt River; a high quality grain source (Four Roses are the only distillery using the same grain source for 45 years, paying a premium for quality); Two Mash Bills in daily production - one mash bill contains significantly more rye than any other Bourbon, resulting in a spicy, full-bodied taste; and five proprietary yeast strains, each producing uniquely different flavours.
