George Wyndham was one of the founding fathers of the Australian wine industry after planting the first commercial vineyard in 1830. Wine like this Cabernet Merlot pay tribute to George with its rich blackcurrant and cassis flavours, complemented by plum flavours and soft tannins. 42 Degrees South Pinot Noir has red cherry and blackcurrant aromas followed by mixed red berry flavours that linger elegantly and finish with delicate tannins and soft acid.

Jamiesons Run has been crafting premium, approachable wines since the early 1950s with a winemaking focus that starts in the vineyard. Their Grazier Shiraz is sweet in dark berry fruit,mulberry and plum flavours predominate, interwoven with cedar and mocha oak. This is a easy drinking red, with generous ripe flavours supported by supple sweet tannins, balanced acidity and a good finish.

Dalrymple Vineyards was established in 1987. Situated in the heart of the Pipers River region of north-eastern Tasmania, almost equidistant from Launceston, Scottsdale and George Town. Dalrymples own vines are planted on sloping hills that overlook Bass Strait, and they also have access to vineyards in other parts of the State. This Single Site Pinot Noir comes from the Coal River Valley, just outside Hobart.
