Bubbles Rosé is a sparkling wine with a twist - a pink hue and the suggestions of red grape flavours adds an additional dimension to the fizz drinking experience. The palate displays a soft creamy palate thanks to millions of tiny bubbles. Each sip is full of strawberries, red cherry, spice and a hint of tropical fruit flavours.

Aged on lees for up to five years before being disgorged using the ancient method of ‘disgorgement à la volée’ - with nerve! The wine is super rich and complex. Roasted pine nuts, toasty citrus and brioche with a very fine bead of bubbles.

Situated in the Adelaide Hills, the altitude and cool conditions of Nepenthe's vineyards are ideal for growing the Pinot Noir grape. And it seems that the rest of the country is starting to cotton on to the fact that this region is producing some of the most exciting examples currently available.
