Henkell is one of the world's most popular sparklings and one with a long and proud history. The classic Henkell Trocken is fresh and fruity with hints of ripe pear and green apple and the finish is crisp clean and lively.

Petaluma have access to some of South Australia's premier vineyard sites which are put to impressive use here with their White Label Pinot Gris. 100% sourced from the Adelaide Hills, yet four vineyards are used to create this delicious white; two in the Piccadilly Valley, one near Balhannah and one near Lenswood. Only the very best fruit was selected and left to ferment in older French barriques, the resulting wine has a classic cool-climate backbone with racy acidity and depth of flavour on the palate.

This latest release from Petaluma Croser is a non vintage sparkling wine. The classic blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay offers a delicate bouquet of fresh citrus and white peach with a light yeastiness on the nose. Persistence bubbles with a dry long finish.

Ageing for a minimum of 24 months on lees adds complexity to the fresh citrus, red apple and spring blossom aromas. The palate is crisp with a lingering, mouth-watering finish. A persistent fine bead and creamy mousse gives extra lift to these delicious aromas and flavours. Winemaking: Different parcels of fruit are all hand-picked and whole bunch pressed separately into tank for settling. Fermentation of these small batches lasts around 12 days and in 2012 only some parcels of wine were putthrough malo-lactic ferment to soften the acidity and add complexity. Others retained the full acidity to add tension and structure in the final blend. Food Match: Shellfish hors d-oeuvres

The Jericho Fiano has lovely aromatics of fresh stone fruit and fresh herbs. On the palate, it displays freshly cut apricots and peaches with a touch of melon and lime juice and a lovely structure and texture in the mouth.

Mordelle Blanc de Blanc, Adelaide Hills Hand picked, 100% Chardonnay from Lenswood, The wine is painstakingly made in the traditional method of Champagne. Aged on lees for up to five years before being disgorged using the ancient method of disgorgement à la volée - with nerve! The wine is super rich and complex. Roasted pine nuts, toasty citrus and brioche with a very fine bead of bubbles.

A delightfully pink sparkling wine, Yellow Tails Bubbles Rose; offers great quality, affordable bubbles that will bring an element of fun to your next celebration. Fresh and spritzy with flavours of red cherry, sweet spice and a hint of tropical fruits.

La Linea Tempranillo has floral aromas, with notes of raspberry, mulberry and cherry, and hints of sage and rosemary. Savoury and complex yet fresh, with distinctive fine tannins, it will age for some years.
