This popular sparkling opens with unmistakeable Pinot aromatics of strawberries, cherry and a subtle floral lift. The ripe red fruit flavours are balanced by some crisp acidity and creamy texture.

This Croser is subtle and refined on the nose and supported by lovely melony fruit on the palate and a clean crisp finish. Sourced from fruit high in the Adelaide Hills, Croser is the perfect aperitif style sparkling.

This latest release from Petaluma Croser is a non vintage sparkling wine. The classic blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay offers a delicate bouquet of fresh citrus and white peach with a light yeastiness on the nose. Persistence bubbles with a dry long finish.

Very pale salmon with faint copper tinges in colour with Strawberry blossom, peaches, lemon citrus zest and hints of white cherries are vibrantly displayed on the nose. This is complimented by the secondary fermentation characters of yeast and bread dough adding mouth-filling creaminess.

Aged for extended time on its yeast lees, it has complex fruit and with ageing is still fresh with strawberries, cherries and Granny Smith apples. Combined with nutty marzipan brioche and beautifully complex creamy mousse, this is a stunning Sparkling white wine by Croser. Limited Stock | Available in selected stores only.
