Tasting Notes Aroma: Fresh lifted nose of spicy fruitcake, raisons, and dark fruits. Integrated vanillin oak and mocha with a hint of rancio from long term oak maturation. Palate: Round and voluptuous with intense spice notes balanced with a nutty and creamy palate. Integrated spirit is balanced with fruit intensity and a refreshing acidity runs through the length of the palate. Made from Muscadelle grapes and previously known asTokay this wine is the foundation of Stanton & Killeen Topaque range exuding lively flavours and great versatility. White gold in colour with aromas of quince jelly, cumquats and dried fruit. The palate has notes of zesty lemon peel and butter menthol which combine to reveal a very silky mouthfeel and long finish.

In keeping with tradition, The Craft & Co Rosé Vermouth is an aromatised fortified wine, flavoured with distinctive herbs and botanicals. Deep copper and garnet in colour through barrel maturation, our Rosé Vermouth is fresh in berry characters, raisins, caramelised figs and a rancio nuttiness. Complex in its aromatics, the middle palate displays freshly cut orange, Christmas pudding, vanilla and elderflower bringing forward the bitters that structure a long, subtle finish. The Craft & Co Rosé Vermouth may be married with our Navy Strength Gin for a characterful martini, a Negroni or simply serve over ice with a large slice of orange or grapefruit.

Marrying a Shiraz Rose blush from the Adelaide Hills and native illawara plums, Rosella and Strawberry gum with Rhubarb and Kina. Chateau Coutet 1er cru classe
A prestigious 1er Cru Classé estate, Château Coutet is the oldest and largest property in Barsac. The name Coutet is derived from the Gascons word for knife and the estates wines are renowned for their fresh cutting acidity and crisp lively palate. A blend of Sémillon (75 5%), Sauvignon Blanc (23%) and Muscadelle (2%), the wines show beguiling aromas of citrus, tropical fruits, white flowers, honey and ginger, revealing more candied fruit, gingerbread notes with age. The wine is matured in oak barriques for 18 months.

We’re talking about botrytis, of course. Once it does, the sweetest grapes are handpicked for vinification before being sent for a French oak siesta.
