Buller have been producers of some of Rutherglen's most opulent and concentration fortified wines since 1921. Their Fine Old Tokay is a delicious example with a myriad of flavours that include caramel, toffee, Christmas cake and golden syrup. Founded in 1815, Dolin is among the few remaining independent producers of Vermouth in the world and the last producing Vermouth de Chambery, still made according to the principles which earned Chambery, France's only A.O. The Rouge contains more than fifty alpine herbs, its elegant, firm and balanced and not excessively sweet. Perfect on its own or as a cocktail base.

Bethany's Old Quarry Fronti is a unique wine made from Muscat a Petit Grains, Muscadelle & the Spanish Sherry variety Pedro Ximenez. Harvested late in the season and then fortified, this delicious example can be enjoyed slightly chilled or as an aperitif.

This wine, Freycinet's junior Pinot Noir, reveals liveliness and youthfulness in its colour, aroma and flavours. Similar winemaking techniques are utilized as for their renowned Freycinet Pinot Noir. Fully ripened fruit from their Louis vineyard site is fermented over a 7 to 8 day period in a rotary fermenter. A pure yeast culture is added and the ferment temperature is allowed to peak at 32 degrees. After gently extracting colour, flavour and tannins from the skins the wine is pressed and matured in French oak barriques (8% new) for 12 months prior to bottling.

F.G.R. Stands for Forty Grams Residual. Made in an homage to the Germanic Kabinett style, it is loaded with forward fruit, and plenty of luscious residual sugar, but enough fine acid carries the palate to a crisp dry finish.

The Inocente Fino by Valdespino is fermented naturally for one year in very old oak barrels, then fortified and introduced to the first criadera of the Inocente solera. The wine then undergoes biological aging under veil of flor for over ten years. The result is an elegant, highly aromatic sherry with a pronounced nose of almond, yeast and dried herbs. The dry, balanced palate offers delicate notes of green olive, iodine and sea salt which linger through the firm, clean finish.

Graham's Late Bottled Vintage Port is a superb expression of Graham's house style with impressive, concentrated fruit flavours, spicy complexity and depth balanced by excellent balance and structure. The finish is long and velvety.
