Coldstream Hills The Hills Pinot Gris
Founded by James Halliday, Yarra Valley's Coldstream Hills winery has a reputation for producing quality wine. The Pinot Gris displays gentle white flower perfume, almonds and white fleshed fruit. The palate is subtle, but plenty enough flavour, glossy lightly powdery texture, some crunch of green pear on a long finish. Beautifully turned out.

Tamar Ridge Pinot Gris
A richly perfumed wine with hints of pear skin and stone fruit. A rich textured wine showing excellent palate weight and structure. Ripe fruit flavours with splashes of sweet lycees, plus a level of nuttiness derived from time on yeast lees. The finish is clean and dry with good flavour persistence and lingering acidity.
Tyrrell's Sv Belford Semillon
The grapes for this wine come from the Belford vineyard owned by the Elliott family, situated 15km north/north-west of the Tyrrells winery. The grapes were handpicked then lightly crushed before a relatively cool fermentation in stainless steel. After a short period on gross lees, the wine was racked and left to mature in stainless steel until bottling. The last of the semillon picked, this wine has a fuller palate commonly associated with the Belford vineyard, with great fruit intensity and a slightly higher acid intensity than normal years due to the cooler growing conditions.
Madfish Premium Dry White
This wine brings together grapes from around Western Australia into a fruity yet drinkable option. Using Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillion has given this wine rich melon flavours with a citrus finish.
Grown on the Bunnamagoo vineyards in Mudgee and held in French oak for nine months and stirred often to aid the final texture. The result is a wine that shows notes of grass and lemon with a complex hint of dough. The flavours continue on the textured palate with fine acidity and good length.
Paco & Lola Albarino
Indigenous to the Galicia region, Albariño was almost extinct 30 years ago but its now flourishing thanks to revival efforts. The typical Albariño is peachy, slightly stony with citrus notes and this is no exception. Very good balance and soft pleasant fruit. Good balance and really easy to enjoy wine. Light finish with some herbs notes.
