BLOODY HILL Villages Chardonnay Panton Hill

Mitchelton Estate Vine To Wine Yarra Valley Chardonnay

Pale straw in colour with green hues. Complex and enticing aromas of preserved citrus, white fleshed stone fruit, spice, fresh picked nuts and oak all leap from the glass. The palate has a depth and volume of fruit that builds in intensity as it travels across the mid-palate. The fine acid and textural elements of the barrel fermentation interweave with the fruit to balance and complete the wine.

Yering Yarra Chardonnay

It's not easy finding a perfectly aged Yarra Valley chardonnay in most wine stores. Our wonderful cellaring programme has that situation well covered with a perfectly matured 2017 Yering Station "Yarra" Chardonnay. Always an elegant wine, carefull cellaring has induced a round creaminess that takes it to a more luxurious level. Abundant stone fruit, citrus and quince flavours, nutty oak and chalky minerality impress in a wine that is very close to its peak drinking period.

YarraLoch La Cosette Chardonnay

Fruit was sourced from the Dixon's Creek sub-region of the Yarra Valley for this elegant and restrained Chardonnay. Whole bunch pressed (which gives it a lovely grapefruit pithy-ness) and fermented in a mix of stainless steel and old French oak. Extended lees contact is checked by bright, appley acid.
