Vines have flourished in the Luberon for hundreds of years with the grapes benefiting from the warmth of the Mediterranean climate whilst retaining a lovely fresh finish. We are thrilled to present this latest edition of summer thirst quenching rosés to the range. Located in the picturesque Anjou district of France's western Loire Valley, the region is famous for producing generously flavoured, textural wines with various levels of sweetness. The two red grapes used in production, Grolleau and Cabernet Franc impart a delicious spectrum of summer red berry fruit, combining the classic stylistic descriptor of 'strawberries and cream'.

The name of this outstanding wine, 'The Holy Trinity' symbolises the Burge family's migration to the Barossa in the 1850's. The family, the vines and their faith created a tradition of winemaking that has continued for five generations. This wine also pays homage to the Barossa, encapsulating the three traditional red varieties of the Barossa - Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvedre. Under guidance of head winemaker Craig Stansborough, the three varieties come together to make a complex and flavour filled red.

This wine is largely sourced from a single block of vines planted with Tempranillo, Shiraz and Merlot. With aromas of ripe, fresh summer fruit berries with a hint of lifted violet notes, this is a dry Rosé with balanced acidity. A medium-bodied wine displaying raspberry and strawberry fruit flavours on the palate with a satisfying persistent finish.

Gomersal Wines is nestled in the heart of the Barossa Valley and embraces the district's traditional approach to winemaking. Lifted aromas of cherry and spice combine with a palate of dark chocolate, red berries and fine tannins, to produce a full flavoured wine with excellent length.

Catena Malbec combines rich dark berried fruits together with hints of violet on the nose. Complex layers of blueberry and blackberries on the palate finishing with silky tannins and hints of dark chocolate, vanilla notes. Latin America has been known to produce some fiery temperaments, but theres something really cool coming out of Argentina - Malbec is what were getting into right now. Malbec is well suited to Australian tastes, it loves a steak, and offers big, bold vibrant notes. We think this is one Latin American youll get along with famously.

This delightful blend of indigenous Portuguese varieties, is one of our best selling imports and a much-loved favourite. It's savoury, earthy and has raspberry, dried herb and licorice flavours. A very handy red to have at the ready.

Yellow Tail Rose is a refreshing Provence style Rose. With a delicate blush colour, delicious fruit and floral flavours and a crisp finish; it's the perfect wine for a warm sunny afternoon.

Barossa vignerons used to call their vineyards 'gardens', such was the care they were (and still are) given! The Three Gardens a classic Rhone blend that draws on the complementary character of Shiraz, Mourvèdre and Grenache.
