Darker blackcurrant and red fruits are entwined aromatically on the nose, mixed with spicy herbal notes. The palate exhibits a crunchy red fruit drive, elegance, and textural flow, with a fresh lingering finish.

The Pinot Noir grapes for this wine were gently destemmed. This allowed the berries to remain whole. The grapes were cold soaked for a week, and each parcel fermented separately using both wild and cultured yeasts. Hand plunging helped extract vibrant colour, tannins and flavours. The fruit parcels were individually pressed into a combination of stainless steel tanks and French oak barriques. Post malolactic fermentation, every parcel was tasted and blended before bottling.
