The palate deliver excellent concentration and fleshy texture wonderfully framed by layers of fine tannins. Gorgeously composed and expressed with a prolonged delectable finish.

This wine is made from grapes grown in vineyards in different sub-regions of Central Otago. It captures the character of each vineyard giving us bright, fresh sweet fruit with savory and herbal tones and good texture and mineral length.

Complex and savoury with attractive fruit purity, the Rippon Mature Vine Pinot Noir is a blend of Rippons oldest vines. It is the farm voice, a wine of superb structure, depth and typicity.

Saddleback is the second label to Greg Hay's Peregrine and the Pinot Noir is made using fruit from the Gibbston and Cromwell Basin sub regions of Central Otago. Light, elegant with black cherry and plum fruit, held together by a fine tannin structure and refreshing acidity.

Rapaura Springs have turned plenty of heads with their current releases - the Reserve Pinot Noir is little short of jaw dropping. Drinking beautifully now expect a nose that's ripe, plush and jammed full of seductive fruit and spice smells, while textbook silky mouth-feel leads to a long fine finish. Long Gully Pinot Noir is handcrafted in very limited quantities and only released in outstanding vintages. Crisp blackberry and Bing cherry interplay with baronial floral notes alongside an assemblage of sweet brown spices. These same lifted dark cherry and berry notes dominate the entry onto the palate; theres a classic Long Gully dense mid-palate with flow and texture. The wine finishes strongly with a lovely tension present right through the fine-grained tannins and spicy dark berry fruit. Mt Difficulty Long Gully Pinot Noir will improve for 10 15 years given optimal cellaring conditions.

Vibrant and fruity with juicy acid drive through to the finish with respectful ripe tannins. Designed for early drinking to enjoy on release. Perfect for lighter food pairings such as a savoury duck salad with a fresh fruit-based dressing.

This elegant wine has been made using premium parcels of grapes from select vineyards in Central Otago and exhibits lovely, exotic and wild fruit flavours. A soft, lingering taste provides a delicate finish.
