Fleshy red fruits of strawberries are apparent on the nose - this is bright, fresh and very tempting. The red fruited theme continues on the palate with savoury notes keeping the palate balanced. Cleansing acidity creates a crisp and cleansing finish. In typical Rose fashion, extremely moreish!

Pure, elegant Margaret River Cabernet Merlot with characters of dried herbs, bay leaf, violets and redcurrant with savoury cedar and toasted spices from maturation in well seasoned French oak barriques and hogsheads. The palate is fresh and tight with the structure and quality to cellar for many years.

A deep crimson red which opens with the classical Margaret River nose...fresh varietal notes of bright berried fruits, briar and sea spray, followed by wafts of chocolate and mocha with subtle spiced oak aromas. A medium to full bodied palate shows cassis and Satsuma plum characteristics, leading into the sweet mid-palate depth of chocolate and mocha, finishing with defined talents. The wine is elegant and shows great length of flavour and well-structured palate line. The oldest vines in Margaret River form the backbone of Vasse Felix. A modern, elegant, cool climate style crafted from our premier parcels of southern Margaret River Syrah (Shiraz). Wild fermented, with a portion of whole bunch fermentation and carbonic maceration, this aromatic, fine-boned Syrah is luscious, spicy and beautifully complex, representing the future of our favourite ‘alternative’ Margaret River red varietal. Lifted aniseed, white pepper, cacao, clove, and pine sawdust sit on bright fragrant raspberry, cranberry and Japanese sour plum. Beautifully silky entrance, with chalkiness on the finish leaving a dry and immensely fragrant perfume lingering. Raspberry and cranberry juice with a red peppercorn spice and a hint of red liquorice remain.

Margaret River icons, Leeuwin Estate, have produced a wine of true class here. A great finish to the vintage shows up here with aromas of cassis, redcurrant and chocolate. Sweet ripe fruit on the palate is well matched with toasty French oak and fine tannin.

This medium-bodied Shiraz is fruit-forward and elegantly balanced, with a classy oak influence. Aromas of violets, plum, cherry, and warm spice lead into a plush palate brimmingwith dark mulberries, blueberry, and ripe plum. Subtle notes of licorice and dark chocolate add depth, while fine tannins provide structure. The finish lingers with red currant and a touch of chocolate, delivering a refined and approachable wine.

Moss Wood are not know for their Pinot Noir, however this is a fine a unique expression of region and variety. A fruit bomb of rich and integrated flavours of cherry, spice, charry oak and silky finesse on the finish. The flavours pop and linger in the mouth long after the wine has left it.
