Semillon Sauvignon Blanc had been one of the popular white blend classic due to how easy it is to match with food. De Bortoli is a great example showing a hint of straw and passionfruit flavours with a light crisp finish.

Grape Varietal: Durif Vineyard Region: Riverina Colour: Medium deep purple. Aroma: Aromas of raspberry and fruits of the forest, hints of milk chocolate and blackcurrant coulee, with undertones of oak characters of pinewood. The Shiraz is sourced from our Cookoothama Vineyard on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River at Darlington Point in the Riverina. Complex aromas of ripe berry and spice. Full-bodied wine displaying elegant tannins and powerful fruit concentration with a well-structured palate of dark cherry and blackberry melded with earthy overtones and well-integrated oak.
