Bright, very pale straw-yellow colour with green shades. This Manzanilla has lifted floral aromatics of chamomile, with underlying nutty almond complexity. It is smooth with notes of almond and a briny seaspray. It is a light, fresh, dry wine, with a long lingering finish that leaves you craving another delicious morsel of food or another sip of this fantastic wines.

This wine is an un-oaked blend, sourced from the colder climate of South East Australia. Several blending trials were undertaken to develop the best of these two wine varieties. For some, Dows 20 Year Old is the perfect example of an aged tawny Port, an elegant balance of mellow fruit combines with the complex characteristics from prolonged wood-ageing.
