The Shiraz is sourced from our Cookoothama Vineyard on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River at Darlington Point in the Riverina. Complex aromas of ripe berry and spice. Full-bodied wine displaying elegant tannins and powerful fruit concentration with a well-structured palate of dark cherry and blackberry melded with earthy overtones and well-integrated oak.

Palate: Rich and indulgent, showcasing flavours reminiscent of Kopiko candy, coffee, and chocolate, seamlessly intertwined with notes of raisins and vanilla derived from the Tawny wine base. How to enjoy: The ultimate mixer to create a Biscoff Espresso Martini, White Russian or a good old fashioned Espresso Martini. Pairs exceptionally well with chocolate, ice cream, or mixed nuts, and can also be enjoyed over ice as a refreshing beverage or mix it up to make one of our signature cocktails.

The Reserve Tawny is the next generation for Minchinbury with a mouthfeel full of spicy red berries , milk chocolate and hazelnuts are apparent with some sweetness but this is balanced by clean acid and a fine tannin backbone.

Succulent aromas of apricot nectar, the palate displays luscious sweet marmalade and butterscotsh fruit, balanced with a crisp acid finish.

De Bortoli Colombard Chardonnay blend has beautifully match the high acidity, fuller bodied Colomblard with the aromatic Chardonnay we all knew so well. Packed with zesty citrus, tropical fruits on the nose. A refreshingly dry whte great with richer seafood dishes.

Semillon Sauvignon Blanc had been one of the popular white blend classic due to how easy it is to match with food. De Bortoli is a great example showing a hint of straw and passionfruit flavours with a light crisp finish.

Calabria Pedro Ximenez & Semillon; a luscious, fortified wine of exceptional quality, wonderfully rich and decadent. Raisins, figs, dates and marmalade together with hints of rancio and banoffee pie. A dessert in itself, serve slightly chilled, though combining exceptionally well with ice-cream, blue cheese & charcuterie or even sticky ribs.
