A captivating Tasmanian whisky cream liqueur dominated by Hellyers Road original single malt whisky and fresh Tasmanian cream. The liqueur casts aromas of chocolate, coconut, malt-o-milk biscuit, with a suggestion of honey. A cassis liqueur made naturally from estate grown, organic blackcurrants. Using local Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrants, which are much smaller than the common blackcurrant, gives more intensity and richness. Perfect for Kir (Sparkling wine and Creme), it also works very well with a splash of soda for a fruity spritzer or added to a cocktail - vodka and gin based mixes are especially recommended. Pour it over fresh summer berries to intensify their flavour and sweetness.

Yuzu is one of the native citrus plants that is a cross between Mandarin and Lime. It has refreshingly citrus aromas and hint of sour and bitter flavour. Nakano BC Yuzu Umeshu is a unique blend of Yuzu juice, which was extracted from fruits in Shikoku Island. It is one of the most famous region for this fruit. This blend of Ume and Yuzu is one of the most popular blend in Japan. Drink well chilled or over ice.
