Established: 1845 Organic fruits - 25 years chemical free. 12.000 trees Fig leaves in the nose, fig confit on the palate with a beautiful bitter citrus finish. Delicious over ice or in a Negroni with a twist! To produce the Fig confit, the figs are poached gently to extract the sweet fig aroma, essence, and earthiness. 3 weeks' process.

Hartshorn Vanilla Whey Liqueur 17.5% 375ml - A beautiful Vanilla bean infused liqueur that has similar flavour to custard or Bailies. Made from our sheep milk whey. Best served on the rocks with chilled apple juice to create the drink I call “Apple Crumble”. The liqueur acts as the custard and the juice as the apple pie. Our liqueur has also been used in restaurants as a base for Creme Brulee and Panna Cotta. Also great used as a custard over fruit salad or apple crumble.
