Their Rare Dry Gin is made in a truly modern Australian style, capturing the flavours of both Asia and the Mediterranean with a mix of local and exotic botanicals (even using fresh oranges as one of its botanicals rather than dried orange peel). Each bottle is individually numbered, hand labelled and produced in small batches from their small distillery in the Yarra Valley.

Named after a sea beast of myth and legend, The Kraken is unique Caribbean black spiced rum. Enriched with exotic spice notes of ginger, cinnamon and clove. Herradura was the world's first distillery to introduce Reposado or rested tequila when introduced in 1974 and has been producing this excellent style ever since. Aged in American oak barrels for 11 months, giving the tequila a beautiful balance of cooked agave, sweet oaky vanilla & cinnamon.

In 1940 a very special bottle of barrel-aged bourbon was brought on a wild turkey hunt. The name stuck and still signifies exceptional, aged bourbon today. Master Distiller Eddie Russell honours this tradition by ageing our bourbon longer - from five up to eight years - in number four 'alligator char' American oak barrels.

When Bill Samuels, Jr., decided to create a new bourbon, he was looking for a companion to his father's signature Maker's Mark that would help leave his own mark on the family legacy. He made it a personal challenge to give bourbon lovers a bourbon that could be held on the tongue and featured much more of the natural vanilla and caramel notes he admired in the original. He and his team began working with the Independent Stave Company, experimenting with special barrels, different wood varieties and varying levels of char. After many tries, Bill found the answer in placing 10 seasoned, seared virgin French oak staves into a barrel of fully matured Maker’s Mark. These special staves were on file with the Independent Stave Company as “profile 46,” and so Maker’s Mark 46 was born, leaving its own mark as a first-of-its-kind bourbon.

This Western-style gin from Portland, Oregan, so impressed Wine Enthusiast magazine, they recently voted it 'Top Gin'. With delicious lavender and citrus notes in a creamy-rye spirit base, this Aviation Gin is equally enjoyable on its own or in a lip-smacking cocktail.

Islay artisans, Bruichladdich, turn their hands to producing the first and only Islay Dry Gin. The botanicals used comprise of nine classic gin varietals, plus 22 wild, Islay botanicals that are hand-picked from the wind-swept hills, peat bogs and the Atlantic shores. The result is a highly distinctive, complex, floral gin with outstanding finish and impeccable provenance. In an age of re-badged industrial gins, the Botanist stands out as a truly artisanal, small-batch, hand-crafted labour of love and distiller's art. A breath of botanical Islay in every glass.

Wild Turkey is a genuine Kentucky Bourbon, matured in new charred white oak barrels to give it's unique smoothness. Best consumed neat to appreciate it's character; can also be consumed on ice or as a mixer generally with cola or dry ginger ale.
