On the nose it is lifted with fresh ginger, finger lime and juicy green grapes. The wine is vibrant and moreish and best served cold or over ice.

The Tate family are one of the most famous wine names in Western Australia, especially in Margaret River. It was the Tate family who began Evans & Tate decades ago and today the Tate name is re-born under the Franklin Tate Estates label. Franklin, son of John, has sourced some of the most prestigious vineyard sites in Margaret River and has highly regarded winemaker Rory Clifton-Parks to handcraft the quality wines. The Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a traditional Margaret River blend that displays characters of lifted lemon and a hint of cut grass. Evans & Tate Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, clear pale lemon-green in colour with aroma of fresh cut grass, passion fruit with a hint of elderflower on the nose. Dry medium body and intensity of crisp green apple and ripe stone fruits with hints of green pepper on the palate. Great acidity structure with a medium to long finish. True to the classic.

Since 1992, Madfish have been producing an exciting range of contemporary, cool climate wines inspired by the wild, coastal and pure characterises of Australia's South West. The wines are made by the dedicated team led by chief winemaker Janice McDonald. Black and blue berries, red currants, plum compote and roasted chestnuts mingle with coffee, cocoa and hallmark Cabernet minty earthiness to create a quite beautiful wine.

A blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, this attractive white from Leeuwin Estate shows concentrated tropical fruit characters, such as honeydew melons, pineapples and fresh lime along with aromatic floral notes of Jasmine, frangipani with hints of warm spices on the nose. It is well rounded with vibrant citrus fruits and balanced acidity on the palate. Length finish and great with Asian food.
