The Houghton Maragaret River Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is bright straw appearance with tropical aromatics of passionfruit, gooseberry and guava. On the nose it is lifted with fresh ginger, finger lime and juicy green grapes. The wine is vibrant and moreish and best served cold or over ice.

Cremant To Die For is a playful take on Cremant de Die, an appellation for dry sparkling wines located halfway up the Rhone Valley on its Eastern side. Cremant To Die For is a blend of 85% Clairette Blanche, 10% Aligote, and 5% Muscat. It is made in traditional Champagne method, with a minimum of 12 months on lees. Pale gold in colour, with aromas of citrus and subtle almond meal. The mousse is soft and gentle on the palate, balanced with a subtle, fruity sweetness. A light, pleasant, easy-drinking sparkling wine.

Margaret River is an under appreciated region for Australian Shiraz, and it's hard to see why with Cape Mentelle's Shiraz showing a vibrant core of blueberry, mulberry and hints of raspberry. It is well balanced with cocoa and savoury oak. The palate yet, is fine, elegant and focussed, finishing with chalky and structural tannins.
