Chandon, a benchmark of quality in the wine industry, has produced this beautifully structured Sparkling Rosé. Fresh strawberry and raspberry on the nose. Medium body, hint of yeast in the background accompanied by a complex bouquet of rose petals and wild white flowers with a clean crisp finish.

Mumm Marlborough Brut Prestige is a distinctive sparkling wine that marries the best of New Zealand Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier grapes with Méthode Traditionnelle techniques from the French Champagne Maison Mumm. The result is a refined, elegant wine of exceptional quality & delightful fruity notes. Notes of fresh fruit (pear, apricot, peach, and citrus) dominate, complemented by notes of honey and biscuit. Hand picked grapes from cool climate vineyards in the King Valley and Tumbarumba were used to craft a methode traditionelle sparkling wine of the highest quality. Lifted aromas of green apple and citrus on the nose, and after extended time on lees the palate is soft and creamy with brioche characters.

This latest release from Petaluma Croser is a non vintage sparkling wine. The classic blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay offers a delicate bouquet of fresh citrus and white peach with a light yeastiness on the nose. Persistence bubbles with a dry long finish.

Bottle fermented, this sparkling rosé is dry in style and rich in flavour with fresh red berry fruit characters, perfectly balanced with fine acidity

Nugan Durif exhibits aromas of ripe blackberry, plum and cherry with hints of aniseed and all-spice. A full-bodied wine displaying soft chewy tannins and a youthful fine acid balance with a generous palate of dark cherry and plum pudding with dusty chocolate, earth and spice. Durif is otherwise known as Petit Syrah.

The colour is bright and vibrant with a youthful green hue. The nose shows lifted granny smith apple and pear notes along with a citrus undertone. The wine's tight natural acidity from the cool climate fruit make it perfect drinking young while at its light and delicate best.
