This wine is a light straw colour with lime hues. The nose explodes from the glass with sweet sherbet, lemon, lime and jasmine aromas. Yeasty and earthy characters add complexity, with added brioche notes. The palate is creamy and refreshing zingy with lemon, lime acidity. The wine has lovely length and softness with a touch of sweetness but a long dry finish. Serve with Sydney rock oysters or lightly grilled scallops topped with lemon zest.

Fred Pizzini grew up in Italy and is bringing the taste of his homeland to the Australian dining table. His Sangiovese is one of the best examples in the country, with spicy, savoury fruit hiding a vein of mouth watering acid that is a hallmark of the variety. Bright salmon-pink in colour. This wine is a non-vintage blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with notes of wild strawberries and freshly baked pastry. The palate has a delicate balance of red berries, fine acidity and a rich, creamy texture.

Lovely light bead, gently bottle carbonated by the French method which means hand riddling and disgorging to remove the yeast from the bottle. Not too acidic and lovely fruit on the palate.

The colour is bright and vibrant with a youthful green hue. The nose shows lifted granny smith apple and pear notes along with a citrus undertone. The wine's tight natural acidity from the cool climate fruit make it perfect drinking young while at its light and delicate best.
