The 22 degree Halo is a 'stepping stone' wine, brining together grape varieties that originate from cooler regions of Europe with climate-adaptive grape varieties such as Lambrusco and Montepulciano, which have forged a reputation of making great red wines in Australia's warm and dry climate. The vision of this wine is to introduce 'YOU' to climate adaptive grape varieties through the blend of grape varieties.

Chateau Peymouton is a part of the famed Chateau Laroque, situated about 3.5km east of the medieval town of Saint Emilion. When 27 hectares of Chateau Laroque was elevated to Saint Emilion Grand Cru Classé status in 1996, the remaining 31 hectares on the property was designated as Chateau Peymounton - a new Saint Emilion Grand Cru. The Chateau Peymouton parcels are situated on the higher part of the property's plateau, where the soil is composed of fine clay over a limestone base. The wine is made by the same team as Chateau Laroque with the same attention to detail. A blend of 72% Merlot, 22% Cabernet Franc, and 6% Cabernet Sauvignon, with an average vine age of 38 years. Deep dark crimson red, with complex aromatics of blue fruit, cigar box, and hints of violets. Very rich and powerful on the palate, with plush, dense, velvety tannins. A complex, richly flavoured Saint Emilion reflecting its Grand Cru status and the warm vintage.

Made for use as a communion wine, it is suitably soft, sweet and approachable.

The pride of Macedonia, originating from the Tikves wine region. A delightful semi-dry red wine made from the indigenous grape variety Vranec. The wine has an intense red colour. It has a distinctive taste of raisins and raspberries. The wine has ripe tannins, giving it a pleasant some sweet aftertaste. The grape is known for its rich flavour and intense aromas.

Squealing Pig is a tale about a pig who wanted more from life. Keen on wine, but not a fan of the boar, he went on an adventure to Marlborough and Central Otago seeking out Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Rosé wines with a difference. Pale salmon colour it is a crisp, silky smooth style of Sparkling Rose. Intensely aromatic on the nose and tastes full and luscious on the palate.

This blend is unbaked which highlights the natural fruity character of the wine. There's lots of spicy cherry notes with blackberry and plum. Serve with slow-roasted pork shoulder and lots of greens. This wine has an intense aroma of red berries, accompanied by hints of vanilla and chocolate. It shows great structure on the palate, and persistence of the fruit. Pèppoli is characterised by elegant and gentle tannins. Tuscany is without doubt a wine region that produces some of the most important reds in the World. It is a region full of tradition, but in continuous evolution since the introduction of international grape varietals and the use of the French barrels that became common in the seventies. Beginning in the 80's and through the 90's the new wines, the Super Tuscans, benefited the whole Tuscan region. Throughout the company's long history it has remained family owned and operated, and today it is directed by Marchese Piero Antinori.

2016 Clarendon Hills Domaine Clarendon BDX Deep Crimson. A harmonious combination of forrest floor, polished wooden furniture, chocolate shavings with understated blackcurrant and blackberry fruit in what is a very low altitude, reserved expression. As the glass evolves the altitude of perfume slowly rises and a bouquet of cedar, roast almond, leather boot and blackcurrant liqueur finely interlace and create something quite unique and sophisticated. There is careful attention to detail across this finely polished and creamy smooth palate that evidently reflects the 40% Merlot inclusion. Layers of pure black fruit, earthy olive tapenade and subtle degrees of cigar tobacco, roast almond and baking spice nuance throughout this classical styled composition.
