Cremant refers to French sparkling wine made in the traditional method outside of Champagne and is specific to a handful of regions. This one, from Burgundy, has a soft effervescence, is creamy and rich showing good complexity. A full, crisp style, exhibiting quality, cool climate Chardonnay fruit.

With a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, the bouquet offers delightful lifted aromas of strawberry, lemon citrus and underlying notes of biscotti. The palate is elegant and well integrated displaying intense strawberry, nectarine and cashew characters enhanced by partial malolactic fermentation and extended time on yeast lees. The natural acidity provides excellent structure and finesse, with a mouthwatering citrus and nougat finish.

Our Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are harvested from our beautiful Gumeracha vineyard. Its mesmerising bouquet flaunts citrus blossom and white peach notes highlighted by strawberry blossom and lemon zest fragrances.
