McGuigan are the champions of rich, full-bodied red wines for fantastic prices. The Cabernet Sauvignon is jam packed full of charming cherry and blackberry highlights. It is a wine with a subtle oak influence of chocolate and vanilla. Densely full flavoured with a rich finish.

The McGuigan Black Label Red is an approachable, medium bodied style with a nice combination of ripe, soft fruit flavours and the perfect balance of tannin to provide some structure. Not only a great wine to have around great friends and family, but also at home when paired with a wide array of cuisine including barbecued meats and salads.

A Central Otago Pinot with earthiness and depth to wallow in. The pristine cool-climate along with long sun drenched days allowed the fruit to ripen magnificently and produce aromas of deep red cherry, blackberry and cocoa. In the mouth the Squealing Pig is rich and generous with velvet like tannins and a wonderful, long finish.

Take It To The Grave Shiraz is vivid red and purple in colour with an expansive nose of blackberries, blood plums and chocolaty oak. The palate is opulent and inviting with dark plum and blackcurrant fruit flavours matched by dried herbs, cloves and subtle spicy oak.

Mainstay of the big Barossa red wine, Grant Burge produces a South Australian Shiraz with a slightly different angle. A luscious, yet delicately sweet fruited Shiraz with trademark flavours of red currant, ripe cherry and strawberry notes. In balance tannins and acid give a quite mellow mouthfeel that is perfectly suited a wide array of cuisine.

The Classic Collection Merlot by Grant Burge is an attractive modern style Merlot that is jam-packed full of all the fruit flavours Merlot lovers have come to adore; Plum, Blueberry and Blackcurrant. Along with that dense fruitiness comes a medium weight in the palate that isn't overladen with sweetness which lends itself magnificently to food pairing with a lean pork and chickpea salads.

This Cabernet shows excellent varietal character and structure. Blackcurrant and cassis flavours are complemented by soft tannins and well-integrated oak.
