Naturally effervescent and cold fermented it is made from old vine Gordo and Black Muscat.

A Central Otago Pinot with earthiness and depth to wallow in. The pristine cool-climate along with long sun drenched days allowed the fruit to ripen magnificently and produce aromas of deep red cherry, blackberry and cocoa. In the mouth the Squealing Pig is rich and generous with velvet like tannins and a wonderful, long finish.

Bottled early to retain the fresh fruit characters this wine is from the Murray Darling region in Victoria. The lively passionfruit and gooseberry flavours captured in the wine suit a prawn and rocket pasta perfectly.

De Bortoli are a much loved wine family for their ability to produce wines of immense value and quality that clearly rises above.
