O'Hara's Irish Pale Ale
A contemporary style IPA with an Irish twist. Combining the balance of European IPAs with the generous dry hopping of American pale ales, this beer is everything an IPA should be and more.Zesty and refreshingly bitter, the finish is long. With a copper toned body topped with a lightly carbonated head, the dry hopping brings an intense aroma and lasting array of fruit and floral notes.A light malt base with just the right mouthfeel to allow the hop character to predominate. The grapefruit-like bitterness is full and lasting and is balanced by a zesty citrus burst of aroma from two late additions of cascade hops.
Long before there were beer geeks, there were zythophiles. Related to the Greek verb zeo, meaning "to boil', a zythophile is a lover of all things beer. The Zytho Brewing team added hops by the truckload to create a full-flavoured India Pale Ale that will leave a lasting impression. Piney, tropical aromatics and balanced bitterness are underpinned by a firm malt backbone, making this the perfect beer for kicking back and savouring every sip.
An easy-drinking Indian Pale Ale that is straightforward and uncomplicated but far from basic. Perfectly balanced and full of flavour, the taste speaks for itself. If you like floral, earth, citrus and fruit notes with edgy bitter and hoppiness, this beer is for you.
