A major portion of the juice obtained was fermented in old French barriques, while the remaining portion was treated with yeast lees. The resulting wine shows a pale straw colour. The perfumed nose emanates delicate aromas of pear and lemon zest, with light suggestions of herbs following close behind. These fragrances make way for a light and clean palate, offering a firm texture to the wine.
