Pewsey Vale Vineyard Lighter Riesling 9% is a fun twist on Eden Valley. Fresh and zesty. Made in a lighter style where the grapes are harvested as the first ripe flavours develop. The 2020 Springton Riesling was carefully blended from 3 different blocks within the Avon Brae vineyard. (56% Block 11, 26% Block 10, 19% Block 8) It is bright pale straw and shows tropical fruits and rose petal on the nose. The palate is broad and full with lime over a long line of lemon. An enticing Eden Valley Riesling drinking well now but built to last.

After aging, the wine shows a pale straw colour with gentle golden hues. Aromas of dried herbs, white flowers and preserved citrus lead to a textured palate of grapefruit pith, lime and rosemary. The acidity has softened with age, revealing a balanced, mineral finish that is drinking beautifully now.

Mid straw colour. Lifted white peach and nectarine aromatics with flinty notes. Full and intense white stone fruit with grilled cashew notes and generous mid palate. Integrated oak with mouthwatering acid line.
