This Blanc is a crisp straw colour, offering a romantic glow through it when held up to the sunshine or a dinner-time candle. The fruit comes from our Quindalup vineyard and is simply made in a stainless steel tank for freshness.

A sophisticated chardonnay based on some exceptional fruit and the deft subtle hand of the winemaker. It has been expertly crafted in the modern style, yet still delivers the power and fruit intensity that you expect from Margaret River. Love that minerally fine palate with its penetrating full ripe but controlled structure and depth. Pink grapefruit and pears mingle with white stone fruits. This Madfish Sauvignon Blanc Semillon has alluring aromas of guava, nashi pear, citrus zest with a hint of white floral on the nose. The green apple and passionfruit notes shine through beautifully the lime citrus backdrop on the palate. A delightful and refreshing wine that could easily be paired with seafood or summery dishes
