The wines of Fraser Gallop Estate are intensely flavoured, textured and complex. Only the finest quality French oak barrels are used for all Fraser Gallop Estate wines, with very specific Bordelais coopers used for the Cabernet Sauvignon and Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blends, and Burgundian coopers for the Chardonnay. The complete winemaking process takes place at the estate - picking to vinification to barrel maturation to bottling to cellaring. Fraser Gallop Estate is an estate grown, produced and bottled wine. Since 1992, Madfish have been producing an exciting range of contemporary, cool climate wines inspired by the wild, coastal and pure characterises of Australia's South West. The wines are made by the dedicated team led by chief winemaker Janice McDonald. The chardonnay displays bright notes of citrus blossom, peach fuzz and melon that merge beautifully with rich nuances of crème caramel, lemon curd and vanilla pod. A scattering of nutmeg and preserved pear furthers the texture and flavour on the palate.

This Madfish Sauvignon Blanc Semillon has alluring aromas of guava, nashi pear, citrus zest with a hint of white floral on the nose. The green apple and passionfruit notes shine through beautifully the lime citrus backdrop on the palate. A delightful and refreshing wine that could easily be paired with seafood or summery dishes

Fleshy red fruits of strawberries are apparent on the nose - this is bright, fresh and very tempting. The red fruited theme continues on the palate with savoury notes keeping the palate balanced. Cleansing acidity creates a crisp and cleansing finish. In typical Rose fashion, extremely moreish!

Once & Well is an elegant example of Chardonnay from the cool climate of Margaret River. Once & Well sets a high benchmark for this wine style. Ripe stone fruit and spring florals with hints of spice and oak on the nose, this wine has a mouth watering acidity structure that complement the richer mouthfill of the wine beautifully.

A relative newcomer to Margaret River, Flametree have already hit several home runs. This wine is another hit, with a fresh mix of citrus and stonefruits, zingy acidity and clean finish.
