An easy drinking traditional style, the Di Giorgio Lucindale Sparkling Pinot Chardonnay NV was carefully crafted using 100% Limestone Coast fruit. In the glass: Pale salmon/copper blush. On the nose: Crisp citrus, red apple and raspberry fruit lift.On the palate: Rich and ripe, it features beautiful layers of strawberry and cream complemented by berry basket characters. Very flavoursome, it has a leesy mid-palate richness and displays a fine vein of minerally acidity.

A beautiful Pinot with a bouquet of juicy plum fruits, berries and spice with very gentle notes of dried thyme.

Honeysuckle and citrus scents are immediately apparent, with slight aromas of nougat, roasted nuts and a hint of strawberry from the Pinot Noir. Delicate fruits and creaminess fills the mouth with a lingering finish of citrus and nougat.

Aroma/Palate: Made from the classic Hunter white varieties semillon (70%) and chardonnay (30%). The semillon provides great freshness with its citrus acidity, while the chardonnay lends this wine a wonderful balance and fullness on the palate.
