In the glass: Pale lemon.On the nose: Nectarine, apple and lemon with vanillin oak. On the palate: Fine, elegant and nicely balanced with a bright mix of fruit, zesty acidity, creamy texture and savoury cedar oak.

In the glass: Bright straw with a green hue. On the nose: Mix of delicate white and green fruits, and touches of guava and gooseberry. On the palate: Full flavoured with white and green melon with juicy and soft acidity. A great all rounder.

Although medium-bodied, Byron & Harold have produced a wine with loads of flavour and varietal character in their distinctive style.Deep red in the glass. Heady lift of violets, plum and spice. Medium to full-bodied with plenty of black fruit, touches of wood smoke and earth, fresh acidity and black pepper on the savoury finish.

This wine clearly demonstrates why Margaret River is considered one of the best regions in the country for Sauvignon Blanc. A very varietal and well made wine.Pale lemon yellow. Lemongrass, passionfruit, gooseberry and pea pod. Tight and bright, zesty and juicy with a punchy mix of varietal fruit, structural balancing acidity, mouth-watering texture and a long, juicy finish. Really opens up in the glass.

Sauvignon Blanc is one of Margaret River's hero varieties, and this beauty from Byron & Harold does nothing but enhance that reputation. Pale and bright. Lemon, gooseberry, fresh pineapple and cut grass. Clean, juicy and bright with good depth and intensity, youthful citrussy acidity, strong grassy varietal notes and a very flavoursome finish. Classic Margaret River.

Wild Garden is Moss Brothers' newest label, focussing on organically-grown fruit, with minimal intervention and maximum sustainability in mind.Ruby red. Black cherry, plum, currant, pepper and toasty oak aromas. Medium-bodied, with a supple mix of red and blue fruit flavours, velvety acidity, soft tannin mouthfeel, and a gentle finish. A good young-drinker.

Floral with pear, spice and citrus flavours light to medium weight soft acid to close.

Yabby Lake's second label is most impressive; Chardonnay in the modern style - less oak and better acid structure. Textured and classy with matchbox flint, grapefruit and an extremely classy precision.
