Champagne Charles de Cazanove is synonymous with family and dedication. Established in 1811, by a French glassmaker fond of Italian Literature, the brand was the favourite House of numerous princes, politicians, as well as the King of England Edward VII. One of the largest and ancient champagne houses in France, it is still family owned and brings together tradition and modernity thanks to its leading winemaker, Christophe Rapeneau who was awarded the coveted and prestigious award of Best Sparkling Winemaker of the Year 2017, at the International Wine Challenge in London. This Peper-Heidsieck 2006 Vintage Brut is an elegantly charming wine. With aromas of dried fruits, hints of red and black fruits and warm spices, it is intense and enticing on the nose. A densely structured wine, it has generous fruits on the palate with a touch of smoked tea and toasted almonds leading towards a lengthy finish.

Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Vintage
Veuve Clicquot has been producing fine quality Champagne since it was founded in 1772. In 1810, Madame Clicquot broke new ground by creating the first vintage Champagne, made of grapes from one single harvest. Veuve's non vintage is consistently rated in the top handful of NV Champagnes and delivers a powerful bubbly with a rich mouthfeel. The Ponsardin vintage is elegant with generous freshness and the Pinot Noir lends body to a very lively wine. On the palate there's layers of floral and fruity complexity that flows into a remarkably long and powerful finish.

Veuve Cliquot Extra Brut Extra Old is made only of reserve wines, from the years 1988, 1996, 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2010, chosen for their freshness, generosity and structure. Dominique Demarville created this blend to capture the spirit of Yellow Label, rendering it with a vibrancy, depth and purity. According to the tradition of the House, and reflecting its long history of blending expertise, the wines in Extra Brut Extra Old have been aged a minimum of three years in vats, on the lees. Another turn of aging comes in Extra Brut Extra Old bottles, which mature in the cellars for another three years before disgorgement. Impressively intense, with richness and dimension. Ripe stone fruits and delicate yeast can be detected alongside candied citrus, rounded off by toastiness that is always a hallmark of Veuve Cliquot champagnes.
