Macaw Creek Reserve Shiraz Cabernet is a complex blend of Shiraz and Cabernet grapes, resulting in a dark red hued wine. Gravel Track pays tribute to the long gravel and limestone track that winds its way through our historic 60-year-old Farms vineyard. Brimming with blackcurrant and black cherry nuances and with layers of spice and tobacco on the nose, this is a powerful expression of the variety. Lashings of blackcurrant on the palate are complemented by lengthy, fine grained tannins and hints of cedar oak.
