Bouquet: Layers of sweet black fruit, some dark spices, subdued flashes of oakPalate: Silky and supple, balanced and moderately weighted with good flesh. Finishing soft, clean and dry. Very good strong persistence of boysenberry and blackcurrant flavours.

A medley of dark red cherry, cranberry and ripe raspberries, warm spice and hints of mocha. The palate is rich and structured showing, bright fruits with silky and plush tannins which give length and finesse while finishing soft and full of flavour.

Senior winemaker Jamie Saint, pursues his passion for the wines of the Barossa through the Barossa Valley Wine Company. He crafts wines of sophistication, each with the perfect balance of elegance, power and grace. Gravel Track pays tribute to the long gravel and limestone track that winds its way through our historic 60-year-old Farms vineyard. Brimming with blackcurrant and black cherry nuances and with layers of spice and tobacco on the nose, this is a powerful expression of the variety. Lashings of blackcurrant on the palate are complemented by lengthy, fine grained tannins and hints of cedar oak.

Intense purple, with great depth of colour. An alluring and strong bouquet of cassis, coffee bean, tobacco leaf and dark mint chocolate. Background aromas of green leaf providing classical notes of powerful Cabernet characters. Blackcurrant, plum and cinnamon feature here, with hints of red fruits and oak usage adding complexity. Beautifully balanced with firm tannins and a graceful, persistent finish.

Peter Lehmann Shiraz is always a reliable Barossa Shiraz. The nose offers lashings of dark plum with an underlay of dusted chocolate and the palate is brimming with rich fruit flavours restrained by soft fine grained tannins.

The Langmeil Blacksmith Cabernet Sauvignon is all about varietal definition. Blackcurrant, blueberries as well as herbaceousness and briary spice, plus a couple of years in good French oak to help drinkability as a youngster.
