It's a compulsion of theirs to overdeliver and bring a sparkling wine that fits in perfectly at a party but brings a level of attention to detail that completely invalidates the price point. Just as you'd expect there's zippy acid, wonderful citrus and a slight brioche-adjacent richness that carries through to the finish. This is the perfect bubbly for an event or party and frankly we'd feel a little understocked if we didn't have a couple of these waiting in the rack at home - y'know, for emergencies.
