Jim from Mount Pleasant accentuates a Shiraz with a cleanly structured mulberry and redcurrant with soft liquorice notes and a persistent high quality backbone.

The nose shows complex savoury, earthy, bramble aromas with lifted American oak. The palate is medium bodied with bright red currant and hints of spice and blackberry.

The Bunnamagoo Estate Cabernet Shiraz MerlotExhibiting dark chocolate, raspberry and mocha characters with a mid-palate freshness without the heavy tannic weight of traditional Mudgee. The wine is silky in texture with great persistence and it finshes with gentle vanillin oak characters.
