The wine is silky in texture with great persistence and it finshes with gentle vanillin oak characters. It will benefit from careful cellaring in the short to medium term.The grapes destined for the Bunnamagoo labels are sourced from the Bunnamagoo Estate, a historic property near Rockley, and from the Eurunderee vineyard not far from Mudgee.

Ruby red. Cassis and blueberry detail are evident in the bouquet. Characteristic of the 2016 vintage are attractive ripe tannins that frame the fruit. Medium weight with gentle mid palate acidity. Fresh primary fruit will remain in the short term and the wine will cellar gracefully over the next 10 years.
