The Barossa is an area rich with history and wine has been a way of life since 1842. An area abundant of fertile soils, a diversity of culture and religion, the Barossa's landscape is still distinguished by many Lutheran church steeples.We honour this history with Old Kirche, an exquisite representation of a classic deep red Shiraz with aromas of dark berries, cinnamon and nutmeg spice. Bright flavours of plum and red currants, hints of toasty oak and a velvety, voluptuous fruit filled palate with a finish of silky tannins.

At Grant Burge Wines, we challenged ourselves to come up with the most vibrant and impactful wines possible. The result was ink. This is a lush and bold Shiraz with a dash of fortified wine showcasing sweet fruit, depth of shiraz flavour and a huge amount of warmth and generosity.

The Nosey Parker simply delivers in spades. Swathes of sweetly spiced blackberry woven with pencil shaving oak, backed up by a rich, powerfully long palate. The Wise Wolf Shiraz is a brightly fruited and richly weighted wine with outstanding texture. It is a magenta red with lifted florals and red fruits on the bouquet accompanied by a sweet, fruity palate complimented by cinnamon and vanilla.

This full-bodied Barossa Shiraz showcases concentrated blackcurrant and blackberry flavours complemented with rich red fruits. Subtle hints of spice with smooth tannins and a long finish. Perfect with barbequed meats.

This premium wine is aged for over 18 months in fine French oak barrels, developing remarkable depth and elegance. Best enjoyed after 90 minutes of decanting, it opens with layered aromas of toasted oak, vanilla, and spice, followed by a burst of concentrated black fruit — blackberry, blackcurrant, and plum. Velvety tannins, a full-bodied structure, and a long, polished finish make this a wine of both power and finesse.

You’ll also notice layers of spice, cocoa, licorice, and subtle earthy undertones that add complexity. The finish tends to be balanced and lingering, with fruit and spice notes carrying through.

Z Wine's Rustica Shiraz is an intense crimson red with purple hues followed by aromas of ripe cherry and red plum which are complimented by hints of pepper and spice with lifted perfumed notes. The palate is warm and full flavoured, displaying generous sweet red fruit, such as cherry, raspberry and plum. These fruits are couple with cedar spice notes and the soft mouth-filling tannins carry the fruit as well as providing structure and length to the wine. This wine is an exemplary example of a lifted, fruit filled Barossa Shiraz suitable for drinking in its youth.
