At Grant Burge Wines, we challenged ourselves to come up with the most vibrant and impactful wines possible. The result was ink. This is a lush and bold Shiraz with a dash of fortified wine showcasing sweet fruit, depth of shiraz flavour and a huge amount of warmth and generosity.

Bursting with quintessential Pepperjack character, this Mid Strength wine displays aromas of blackberries and plums with hints of pepper and spice. The palate is rich, round, and soft with concentrated berry fruits and soft velvety tannins. BUT, is 7% lighter in alcohol than a standard Pepperjack Shiraz.

The Nosey Parker simply delivers in spades. Swathes of sweetly spiced blackberry woven with pencil shaving oak, backed up by a rich, powerfully long palate. The Nosey is a very versatile wine in that it is perfectly suited to be enjoyed on its own or is equally at home when paired with rich and flavoursome cuisine.

The Little Giant Shiraz continues to be the favourite in the Wombat family. The wine displays more elegance and lift than previous vintages though the cooler Eden Valley fruit adds aromatic lift, interest, and freshness. This is a contemporary Barossa Shiraz having spent maturation time in older oak adding subtle vanilla and chocolate nuances. There’s softness on the finish and with its moderate alcohol is perfect for the luncheon occasion to partner many red meat cuisines or a Sunday BBQ!

The Krink x Barossa Ink Limited Edition Shiraz embodies a fusion of art and flavour, showcasing a contemporary and bold style both inside and nbsp;out. Cultivated in the heart of Barossa, Australia's premium Shiraz region, this wine boasts a generous character with rich berry notes complemented by hints of mocha, all wrapped in a deep, almost ink-like hue.

Full‑bodied red wine with medium acidity and solid structure. Black fruit (blackberry and cherry), cocoa or chocolate notes, and a touch of savory cedar, spice. Ripe dark fruit flavours. Firm tannins give structure, and the finish is long and lingering. Long and persistent, with fruit intensity and firm tannins.
