The 2017 Chardonnay fruit was handpicked in pristine condition. Lifted bouquet of nectarines and stone fruits with an underlay of toasty spice. Barrel ferment characters add complexity while flavours of citrus and cashew swirl around the palate to give a long flavoursome finish.

The aspiration of Oakridge LVS -- or Local Vineyard Series -- wines is to be outstanding expressions of single vineyards within the Yarra Valley. Local Vineyard Series wines enable wine lovers to compare and contrast the power of terroir and geography in winemaking. In essence, different grape varieties thrive in different soils, and Yarra Valley terroirs and altitudes vary widely. Oakridges expertise and understanding of the region allows viticulturists and winemakers to match a particular variety with a particular site -- with marvellous results. Almost all LVS wines are cellarworthy. The Willowlake Vineyard is just outside Gladysdale in Victorias Upper Yarra Valley. Planted in 1979 at an elevation 300 metres, the cool-grown Chardonnay here ranks with the regions very best. Add the skills of leading Chardonnay exponent David Bicknell and these hand-picked grapes become wines that express their variety and origin with consummate precision and flair.

Margaret River makes some of Australias best Chardonnay and while its home to big names, we think Domaine Naturaliste, a smaller operator, is just as great, so were thrilled to share this with you. In the glass: Bright yellow, green highlights. On the nose: Nectarine, pineapple and lime with deluxe barrel notes.On the palate: Velvety with wonderful harmony and oyster shell and sea spray brightness. Lime juice-like acidity drives the intense yet refined fruit core with complex nuances of nougat and struck match.

This is a WA producer to keep your eyes one. This stunning Riesling is sourced from their Bates Rock vineyard. It has apple blossom and citrus aromas, while the palate shows a softly textured, crisp style with subtle mineral undertones.

Vibrant flavours of citrus and honeysuckle on the palate leading to a crisp zesty finish. The mouthfeel is balanced between mineral acidity and its fine texture.

Light gold, with a fresh, green rim. Stonefruit, pear and citrus notes and seductive fresh toast, dried herbs and malty aromas from barrel fermentation. Palate Remarkable fruit sweetness, intensity and persistence, matched with lovely texture and savoury elements and balanced by fresh, natural acidity. A prolonged cool and wet growing season meant the vines were lush and healthy heading into ripening. This resulted in later harvest dates, accentuated by the cool and wet ripening months; conditions not experienced in Western Australia for more than 10 years. These conditions, coupled with the absence of heat events, produced highly aromatic whites with good natural acidity. The fruit was selectively handpicked at perfect ripeness, before being loaded into an airbag press and gently squeezed. The free-run juice was continuously tasted until an optimum point was reached. The juice underwent wild fermentation in new French oak puncheons, then remained in barrel for 7-10 months, with monthly lees stirring to provide texture and mouthfeel. Each batch was carefully assessed for inclusion in the final blend. This minimal handling has produced a unique, delicate Redbrook Chardonnay style that will develop great complexity over time.

A verve expression of our cool climate Chardonnay from the south of Margaret River. Chardonnay is harvested at moderate ripeness to retain freshness and natural balance. Fermentation in seasoned French oak adds complexity and generosity of texture without compromising the purity of the aromatics. The embodiment of spring. Perfume, texture, delicacy. Approachable and rewarding. A long and gentle vintage weather pattern, slightly cooler than the long-term average. The fruit gained lovely perfumes and textures while maintaining a magnificent verve.Pristine Chardonnay fruit and respectful winemaking. Fermentation and maturation in mainly seasoned French oak (only 5% new), adds complexity and generosity of texture without comprising the purity of the aromatics or flavour. On the nose this Fumé has passionfruit and gooseberries with crisp citrus. The palate is filled with tropical fruit, herbaceous citrus acidity with a smoky tannic finish.

Fidium' comes from the Latin word meaning 'attuned', which is what producing these wines is all about - attuned with the vineyard, and expressive of terroir.Pale to medium yellow. Peach, pineapple, oatmeal, spun honey and buttered pop corn aromas. A bold and expressive style, with a generous mix of yellow and orange fruit, lovely nutty complexity, toasty vanillin oak and a textural finish.

Vintage 2022 produced Rieslings with ripe intensity.Full of limes and jasmine, flavours of green apple with a long mineral finish.
