This wine boasts not only a luminous yellow with green reflexes, but also a beautiful bouquet of nettle, elderflower, sage and mint. Considered to be a benchmark producer in the region, Tiefenbrunner was founded in 1848 and their range of wines including Chardonnay, Maller Thurgau, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon Blanc continue to delight wine-lovers throughout the world. Their vineyards lie on the steep slopes of the region, one in particular, the Feldmarschell von Fenner Maller Thurgau is at 1000 metres above sea-level, and is trellised with the local pergola and wine frame methods. The winery is located in Entiklar, a hamlet of Kurtatsch and the estate consistently wins many awards in Italy's most famous wine guide, the Gambero Rosso.

Isabel Estate is one of the original Marlborough vineyards and boasts some of the oldest vines in the region with wines 100% grown and bottled within the boundaries of the estate. There is a focus on small batch winemaking, giving greater options at blending and helping to create complex wines with a sense of place. This new vintage release of the acclaimed Isabel Estate Wild Barrique Chardonnay is a powerful and vibrant wine displaying notes of gun smoke and struck match, complemented by white peach and nectarine. Wholemeal, cracked pepper and savoury notes add to the complexity of this wine. Grapefruit and lime notes give the palate poise and restraint and complement the hints of French oak. A lively wine that will age gracefully.

A relatively new name but Dog Point's owners have years of experience in Marlborough and this label is much sought after. This release is beautifully textured rich and delicious.

Expressive aromas of feijoa, lemon zest and elderflower fuse beautifully with a palate featuring a mouth-watering fresh acidity and lime and green apple flavours.

The bouquet is pure and expressive showing vibrant passionfruit, tropical fruit and grapefruit aromas, with underlying blackcurrant leaf and herbal notes. The palate is concentrated and elegant, with fruit flavours that are consistent with the nose; grapefruit, mango and herbal. A lively acidity and mineral drive, provide the wine with exceptional concentration and length.

Isabel Estate Chardonnay exudes bright, ripe fruit such as grapefruit and lemon with upfront acidity. Complex aromas of sweet nuttiness, ripe figs and a touch of melon follow closely by with delicious nougat and caramel. Finish is creamy and lingering. Not one to miss.
