Petaluma have access to some of South Australia's premier vineyard sites which are put to impressive use here with their White Label Pinot Gris. 100% sourced from the Adelaide Hills, yet four vineyards are used to create this delicious white; two in the Piccadilly Valley, one near Balhannah and one near Lenswood. Only the very best fruit was selected and left to ferment in older French barriques, the resulting wine has a classic cool-climate backbone with racy acidity and depth of flavour on the palate.

Petaluma use their impressive vineyard holding in the Adelaide Hills to produce a Chardonnay that shows poise and precision. Sourced from vineyards in Lenswood and Balhannah and then fermented in a combination of one and two year old French oak as well as stainless steel. Famille Hugel was established in 1639 by Hans Ulrich Hugel and is one of the regions most loved producers and largest landholders with in excess of 120 hectares of vineyards to their name. Situated in Riquewihr the estate has over the years built an enviable reputation for the consistency and quality of its wines. The Hugel label wines are the companies negoce offerings, the Tradition range is often a blend of purchased and estate grown fruit and the Jubilee range comes solely from the estates own vineyards. The Vendange Tardive and Selection de Grains Nobles wines from the domaine are considered to be some of the finest in Alsace.

Joe Grilli, Primo Estate’s owner and winemaker, named his Pinot Grigio 'd’Elena' as he planted his single hectare of Pinot Grigio vines the week his daughter Elena was born in 1998. Eighteen years later, the vines have developed deep roots in the shale stone soil and produce a savoury style Pinot Grigio with minerality and elegance. The fruit is handpicked and very gently pressed before fermentation in stainless steel. The wine is bottled early to preserve the delicate fruit characters. Best enjoyed young, this wine will drink well for several years. The d'Elena offers fresh citrus fruit acidity and light pear fruit. This wine's natural acidic balance and savoury mineral length make it the perfect food wine.
