Wow what a fresh cool climate style Pinot Gris. Picked in the cool of the night from our Adelaide Hills vineyard we have produced a lovely medium bodied Pinot Gris with fresh acidity, textural and a wonderful mouth feel.The wine is from 2 blocks and 3 ferments with 1 batch having about 8 hrs of skin contact before pressing.The wine exhibits red apple, orange skin oils, nashi pear, quince paste, white florals and some lime acidity
