Cappa Stone Chardonnay
The luscious grapes used to produce Cappa Stone Chardonnay were harvested, basket pressed and fermented. This process led to the creation of a pale straw hued wine. The aromatic bouquet presents nectarine, pineapple, white peach and tropical fruit aromas. These fragrances are replicated on the creamy palate, where they are joined by oak undertones and elegant acidity. The finish is balanced and enticing. Elephant in the Room Jumbo Chardonnay
Pale yellow in colour with a restrained nose of stone fruit and white peach, struck match and notes of creamy oak. The palate is bold and upfront with a burst of peach, guava and melon flavours and a rich and soft texture building to a mouth-coating and full back palate framed by subtle toasty oak.
