Two-Fold is a double-grain whisky matured in Australian red wine barrels. It's a balanced, approachable and versatile sipping whisky that also works beautifully in a mixed drink.

The flavour experience opens with an initial scent of juniper, followed by rhubarb which produces a fruit compote aroma. On the palate the prominent vanilla creates the perception of sweetness that compliments the juniper flavours very well. Ginger adds a gentle spice to the finish.

This stunning looking Gin bottle is backed up by a host of international awards including Double Gold medals at the recent San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2017. The 23rd Street distiller individually infuses ten botanicals including traditional juniper and coriander, complemented by zesty local citrus. Careful blending is key, creating a layered palate and full-bodied mouthfeel.

The natural sweetness of these casks complements the savoury charisma of the spirit, revealing fresh herbs, shortbread biscuits, raisins, toffee and dark chocolate on the nose. Meanwhile, the palate is luscious with well-integrated flavours of sticky date pudding and amaretto with a final note of espresso.

Four Pillars Gin worked with the QANTAS Rockpool mixology team to create the second release in their Bartender Series - an Asian-inspired Modern Australian gin with softness and spice, one that is truly a spirit of Australia. Red and green Szechuan give it a lovely warm mouthfeel, while the macadamia nuts give it softness and an almost creamy palate. The fresh Rose Glow apples, fresh tangelos, fresh grapefruit peel and dry native quandong add fruit and lift. Rockpools bartenders were aiming for a gin with nice spicy complexity and mixability something to create a great G&T, or classic dry martini. Inspired by the flavours of South East Asia, fresh makrut (keffir) lime leaves, ginger, lemongrass and kumquats alongside more traditional ingredients such as juniper,coriander, angelica and orris are used in the distilling process. Jungle Gin's bright aromatics work wonderfully with a dry tonic garnished with a lime leaf, yet equally well in any citrus forward cocktail.
