Billy Goats, our Queensland Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth. Mystery Gin is a sweet Gin, with blood orange the prominent flavour. The flavour is often compared to orange tic tacs.The beautiful blue colour is derived from the Butterfly Pea flower, which is also a natural PH indicator. Mix the Mystery Gin with tonic water or lemon juice to change the colour from blue to pink.

Tara Pot Still Gin is the perfect expression of place, tradition, and heritage. Our striking blend of gently distilled botanicals includes traditional juniper, coriander, angelica, and local Australian pepperberry leaf, locally-foraged sea lettuce, native lemon myrtle, and macadamia. These are combined beautifully with Irish rowan berry, hawthorn, heather, and Newfoundland savoury making this a distinctive, well-travelled, and truly classic dry gin.
