Lisa and Justin Jenkins are rising stars in the minimal intervention wine community. They have a passion for all things wine & hospitality and are dedicated to expressing the place in which the grapes are grown. Fruit is sourced from Red Hill on Victorias Mornington Peninsula and it spends time in old oak barrels with some gentle lees stirring throughout its journey.

A benchmark chardonnay from master wine-maker Rob Dolan out of the Yarra Valley. Packed full of grapefruit, white peach, cashew & nutmeg aromas brimming from the glass followed by a mineral consistency on the palate with extended length on the finish.
