Ad Hoc are wines for any occasion, each wine sourced from its best-suited region in Western Australia. Ad Hoc are go-to , dependable wines for any occasion, as characterful as their labels. The Avant Gardening Cabernet Malbec is an ultra vibrant medium bodied, cool climate-grown wine; bouquet of citrus and violets with an earthy-graphite nose. Cedary tannins woven through the cassis and plum of the long palate. Violets from the Malbec, citrus and minerality from the Cabernet Sauvignon. A vibrant wine with fine tannins and a soft texture.

The 2018 Extreme Ways Tempranillo has red fruits: cherries, raspberry, mulberry and earthy fresh leather complexity. There is also underlying cardamom and some white flowers. Rich and generous on the palate the 2018 Extreme Ways is a product of perfect ripening in a great Frankland vintage. The succulence is balance by fine graphitic tannins with a gentle drying dustiness on the long finish.

Capel Vale Wines was a tremendous vintage resulting in lower yields with exceptional quality fruit and high flavour concentration. Medium bodied yet delicate style of Shiraz. Violets and bramble on the nose and a palate lush with dark berry fruits. Peppered steak with creamy mushroom sauce or slow-cooked venison with juniper berry and shiraz jus.
