The palate has a bright and refreshing acidity, trailing through with crisp lemon, kaffir lime, and an excellent mouthfeel and texture. There is a beautiful phenolic tension driving the flavours right to the back palate. Tremendous length and agility with enduring perfume and charm. An iron fist in a velvet glove.
