This wine shows a pale yellow colour with green flecks, offering a beautiful appearance. The aromatic nose exudes mesmerising scents of grapefruit, passionfruit, elderflower and flowering bloom. The generous palate is rife with flavours of tropical fruits like guava, passionfruit, sage, lemon thyme and white flowers. These aromas and flavours fuse together to culminate in a crisp, dry and refreshing finale, marked by subtle salty mineral notes. This delicious Sauv Blanc can be served with creamy lobster risotto, guacamole and goat cheese.
