Opening with a fresh sweetness, the wine displays a complex flavour profile featuring nuanced hints of earthy beetroot, fresh guava and confectionary watermelon. With a lovely dry finish, it is well suited to Asian dishes such as chilli prawns and salt and pepper squid.
