Colonial Brewing Co Pale Ale
Artfully brewed to sit between traditional American and Australian pale ales, Colonial's master brewers searched the world for the perfect combination of hops, blending USA favourites with Australias hop heroes to create the perfect pale. The result is a tropical-tinged treat that's a glowing golden in colour, with subtle hints of passionfruit, pine and spicy botanics. Smooth and approachable but packed with aromatic hops, Colonial Pale Ale is brewed to linger on the palette, not overpower it.
Tooheys Extra Dry
Tooheys Extra Dry is Australia's fifth highest selling beer (Nielsen April 2010) and is well known for its clean, crisp taste. Its dry finish is achieved by an extended fermentation, ensuring minimal residual fermentable sugars. Wonderful fruity, malty notes accompany a mellow middle palate, leaving a clean aftertaste.
Brookvale Union Ginger Beer Can
Traditional ginger beer is produced by the natural fermentation of prepared ginger spice, yeast and sugar. Alcoholic ginger beer has been gaining popularity as a replacement for traditional beer, as well as for a mixer in other drinks such as vodka or spiced rum. The combination of the sweetness from residual sugars, and spiciness from the ginger make it the ideal refreshing beverage. Brookvale Union Ginger Beer is a great Australian example. Carton of 24 x 330mL Cans.
Miller Chill
Miller Chill is beer that pays homage to the Latin practice of adding dash of lime to beer to produce fresh flavours and vibrant aromatics. A "Chelada" styled lager, Miller Chill is also low in carbs, giving you the flavour experience without the guilt factor!
Tinnies IPA Can
Smithy's Premium Lager
XXXX Gold
It has a mild hoppy taste with a subtle sweet flavour. Unlike a lot of reduced alcohol beers it maintains a solid body and texture. It is an excellent beer for those long lunches.
Coopers Mild Ale
Mild Ale is brewed with a selection of barley and wheat malt, and with no added sugar. This traditional brewing approach provides the smooth malt character which is balanced by a triple hopping with Pride of Ringwood and Saaz hops. The brew is fermented similarly to its stablemates Pale and Sparkling Ale, with the customary secondary fermentation in the bottle.
Stella Artois
The unique Stella Artois yeast strain (the very same yeast strain first used by the Artois brewmasters) adds a light to moderate fruity, cooked pineapple aroma and creates a clean, crisp medium bodied flavour with hints of cooked vegetable. The Saaz hop also produces a unique bitterness which is well balanced with the malted barley, giving Stella Artois a subtle but pleasant grainy, sweet finish.
Melbourne Bitter
A mainstay of the Melbourne beer scene, Melbourne bitter is a smooth and refreshing bitter that is always at the affordable end of the market.
