Artfully brewed to sit between traditional American and Australian pale ales, Colonial's master brewers searched the world for the perfect combination of hops, blending USA favourites with Australias hop heroes to create the perfect pale. Miller Chill is beer that pays homage to the Latin practice of adding dash of lime to beer to produce fresh flavours and vibrant aromatics. A "Chelada" styled lager, Miller Chill is also low in carbs, giving you the flavour experience without the guilt factor!

It has a mild hoppy taste with a subtle sweet flavour. Unlike a lot of reduced alcohol beers it maintains a solid body and texture. It is an excellent beer for those long lunches.

Mild Ale is brewed with a selection of barley and wheat malt, and with no added sugar. This traditional brewing approach provides the smooth malt character which is balanced by a triple hopping with Pride of Ringwood and Saaz hops. The brew is fermented similarly to its stablemates Pale and Sparkling Ale, with the customary secondary fermentation in the bottle.

The unique Stella Artois yeast strain (the very same yeast strain first used by the Artois brewmasters) adds a light to moderate fruity, cooked pineapple aroma and creates a clean, crisp medium bodied flavour with hints of cooked vegetable. The Saaz hop also produces a unique bitterness which is well balanced with the malted barley, giving Stella Artois a subtle but pleasant grainy, sweet finish.
