Josef Chromy's Pinot Gris delivers a fresh, zesty flavour profile of ripe apricot, pear and subtle hints of ginger. The grapes are harvested quite ripe in order to give the palate its full, rich weight and texture with a beautifully balanced, lingering zesty finish. A great pairing with a Risotto or Calamari.

Spicy pear and red apple skin aromas drift from the glass followed by some quince, musk and honeysuckle notes. Fragrantly scented with a supple flow of rich fruit and a long moreish finish. Semi translucent red to dark red core with black shaded edges and a vibrant red hue. Fragrant violet, red cherry, strawberry and anise aromas are interwoven with forest floor, dried herb and spice notes. Rich dark cherry, strawberry and anise flavours flow supplely across the palate with notions of dried herbs, forest floor and spicy cedar the undercard. Polished tannins with a long moreish finish. Great everyday drinking Pinot. Drink over the next 5-6 years. Alc. 13.5%

42 Degrees South Pinot Noir has red cherry and blackcurrant aromas followed by mixed red berry flavours that linger elegantly and finish with delicate tannins and soft acid.

The überblanc Riesling is attributed to a über 2001 vintage, winemaker Nick Glaetzer experienced in the Pflaz region of Germany, learning first hand some of the award winning techniques used by their winemakers. Tasmanian grapes sourced for the wine display the core elements, highly regarded by the Pflaz winemakers for or elegantly structured and balanced Riesling. Delicate lime zest and floral aromas fill the glass. Further citrus flavours develop on the fresh mineral structure, enhanced by the juicy fruit flavours.

Tasmania's cool climate is ideally suited to Sauvignon Blanc. Tightly structured fresh and lively this wine shows floral, herbaceous aromas with flavours of gooseberry and passionfruit with crisp balanced acid finish.

Distinctly varietal, Bream Creek Sauvignon Blanc has aromas typical of a cool climate Sauvignon. It's fresh and persistent palate has delightful fruit and a refreshing finish. It is ideal accompaniment for a range of fine foods and is best served chilled.
