Billy Goat's Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth.

Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.

Bundaberg Extra Smooth Red Rum has been created to deliver an incredibly smooth taste while retaining the unique character Bundaberg Rum is famous for. Filtered through red gum charcoal to deliver an incredibly smooth finish with hints of caramel, honey and brown sugar.

This Mister Bitters takes the richness of Cacao Nibs and blends it with the dryness of native Macadamia nuts. Added to that a spice blend including coffee, sultanas and allspice, the result is a uniquely Australian, chocolate-forward bitters.

Fresh Orange zest infused with the purest sugarcane distilled alcohol, makes this quality handmade Cello Arancello Liqueur. It has great purity and intensity of orange and citrus flavours, which is versatile to be used in cocktails or enjoyed it straight on crushed ice.
